Alyssa was a GREAT realtor to work with. She made my first time home buying experience in a new city as stress free (as is possible). She not only coordinated with me long distance for months, but she was constantly on top of communicating with me throughout the entire process. She really picked up on what I liked about certain houses and helped to point me towards the one that was the best fit for my personality. The house I purchased was an older home and she recommended me a great inspector and fought hard for the seller to make repairs before closing. I closed on the house incredibly fast in large part due to Alyssa. I felt like she had my back through the whole process and advocated for me the entire way. On top of that she made closing day a special celebration for me. As I'm new to the area she also took the time to recommend trails, breweries, and wineries to me.
